In the News Response to Trooper Act

I do think that the trooper act ws intentional. There wee ways he could of avoided hitting the suspect. I think he is making excuses for his actions because he got caught doing a harsh act.I don't think it was really a racist act but i do think that authorities will lokk at it that way. There are very few cases known about police cruelity because it looks really bad for the public. Those cases can also bring a lot of law suits. The government can lose numerous of dollars with cases like this and the higher people will be questioned if they can do their job correctly. I don't think the trooper punishment was reasonable because if it were a civilian trying to do that to a cop, they would want to charge him/her with attempted murder. In the society we are living in, they will always be favor for authorities and none for citizens. Authorities are the ones thats supposedly be doing our country a favor but at the same times they do just enough crimes.
